Our master coopers trained in Scotland and have generations of charring experience, whether Chars #1-4 or a heavy char or light char with a vanilla toast.
53 gallon barrels can be sanded or left un-sanded, coopered with either bourbon chime or wine chime.
350L Cognac barrels are made in France, with a specialized toasting range offering: vanilla, roasted and rounded notes (Alcohol 1) or freshness, spices and structure (Alcohol 2).
OENOSTICK Micro is a barrel insert that imparts a distinct gold color while giving structure to spirits and contributing complexity and volume on the palate.
